Depending on your purchase, our satisfaction guarantee will range from 30 days up to 90 days. This will be made clear to you at the point of purchase.

What is Covered and What is Not 👇🏽
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on selected products and services purchased or facilitated through our Website.
This means we offer a 100% refund of your purchase price paid for doctor consultations and prescribed medicines and only selected cosmetic products.
A cosmetic product will only be covered by this guarantee if we specifically inform you that it is covered at the point of purchase. Otherwise, non-medical products (like cosmetic and supplement items such as shampoos and conditioners) are excluded from this guarantee.
This guarantee only applies to hair loss treatments that contain two or more scheduled substances, which are prescribed by a registered doctor.
Our satisfaction guarantee also excludes any case of side effects while taking your medication.
This guarantee will not apply to any customers who have missed a payment, paid late or for any reason have not paid fully and timeously for the product in question.
Requirements for a Refund: What You Need to Know 👋
If you're not satisfied with the quality of the products or services after using these products or services, you can apply for refund as long as you meet the following requirements:
- Consistently engage with your treatment as directed by our medical experts over a 90-day period (or the specified period of the money back guarantee).
- The &BAM team and/or the relevant medical expert is provided the opportunity to investigate and as a first step resolve and/or correct the issue without financial penalty.
- You support the resolution to any issue, including providing additional information as required by the team to complete the investigation and speaking with a healthcare professional if required.
For covered hair loss treatments only: to allow our medical experts to evaluate the results:
- submit photos of your hair on our online booking form before starting the treatment,
- then submit a progress photo to us between 60 and 90 days after your first shipment was delivered to you, and
- follow any instructions by the doctor to make adjustments to your prescribed treatment plan.
- Cancel your subscription and submit a refund request before 90 days after the first shipment delivery date.
- We do charge a shipping fee to collect and return your product to the relevant pharmacy (if applicable). This fee will be deducted from your refund amount
After 90 days has lapsed since the first shipment delivery date, this satisfaction guarantee will no longer apply.
Timeframe for Refunds: When to Apply 💰
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your refund request between day 70 and day 89 of your subscription, which is after 70 days have passed since the first shipment delivery date but before your subscription renewal date. Refund requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

- This &BAM Satisfaction Guarantee and any refund issued under this guarantee is solely provided and fulfilled by &BAM. The decision to approve or reject a refund application is solely determined by &BAM. Any refunds issued under this &BAM Satisfaction Guarantee are also fulfilled solely by &BAM.
- &BAM’s decision to approve or reject a refund application does not constitute a waiver of any rights or as an admission of any allegations, facts, risks, or liability for any reason whatsoever arising from or in connection with any products or services provided by &BAM and/or any health practitioner, Doctor or Pharmacy.
- Please note that &BAM will facilitate the return of any products purchased by you. If you wish to return any prescribed products (such as medicines), due to a defect, or incorrect dispensing by the Pharmacy, or our moneyback guarantee, we will ensure that these products are collected and delivered to a registered pharmacy for their safe disposal. Contact us or the Pharmacy for more information if you need to return a product to the Pharmacy.
- If you experience any side effects or have questions about how to use the treatment, please contact our medical experts, and they will be happy to provide guidance.
- We will respond to your request within 30 days. When we refer to ‘days’ in this guarantee we mean calendar days.
