Payment Information

Some of our treatment plans come in the form of a subscription. This is to try and make it easy for you to stay consistent with a long-term treatment plan (like hair loss) or just to take the load off your shoulders on needing to remember repeat orders (because you love our products and need a constant supply). Here's the lowdown:

To make it easy on the wallet, we give you the option to pay monthly or upfront for every 3-month supply of products.
This means that you will be charged monthly or quarterly on a recurring basis.
You’re always in control. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. The only disclaimer is that if you’re paying monthly but just received your 3-month supply of treatment, you’ll need to honour the outstanding 2 months’ payments before you can cancel.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is on us for all subscription kits and orders over R500. If your order is below R500, we charge a flat fee of R75 for delivery.

How long until I receive my order?

Getting you your first prescription medical kit typically takes around 10 days. Once your package is en route, you will get notified by email with the tracking details. Non-medical orders are faster - around 2-3 business days.
